RIVERSONG VILLAGE CABINS

	Cabin Features Cabins consist of a main room (living room and kitchen) with a separate bedroom and bath room and shower (about 425 square feet total). The cabins are somewhat rustic but very clean and well maintained. Individual phone service can be connected and satellite internet service is provided. Cabins are available furnished, partly furnished or not furnished depending on your needs.
	Long-Term Rentals Our cabins are occasionally available for folks to rent when they come available Renters should fit in well with our lifestyle and community. (Long-term rentals are not open to the public and there is a application process required. In essence long-term renters become community members, except that we are happy to respect your particular needs for seclusion, etc.) Please contact us for more information on long-term rentals.
	Overnight and Weekly Rental Cabins We no longer have overnight or weekly rental cabins available as they are all used by long-term residents. Sorry!
	The Setting Cabins are located in the middle of the property and all receive full sunshine. The river is to the back of the cabins a short walk away behind the back lawn area and pine grove. The garden is also in the back, although we are planning to start gardens in the front of the cabins in the front lawn area as this area has more winter sun. We also plan to build a green house here for winter plants and propagation.
